The Juneau County Human Resources Department is responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining quality employees for each of the Juneau County departments.  Functions of the department include, but are not limited to, the following:  employee recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements, and management of compensation, benefits, and leave programs.  Additionally, the department plays a key role in ensuring compliance with regulations such as Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity Employment (EEO), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and other relevant guidelines.  Overall, the Juneau County Human Resources Department is crucial in fostering a positive work environment, maintaining legal compliance, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of serving our community.
